Are my NFTs safe?

Yes they are. Your NFTs remain in your wallet at all times. We just retrieve the media associated with your NFT. This version of the KAMI Web3 Player app ties itself to your wallet address. In an upcoming release the NFT Player will be linked to your KAMI profile instead.

Why is my NFT not showing?

There may not be any compatible NFTs in your wallet. Only ERC4907 and ERC721 are supported at the moment.

More formats will be supported in the future.

I have connected my display but why don’t I see any NFTs on it?

Please ensure your TV is connected to the internet.

What media formats are supported?

Only image formats are currently supported.

Support for video, audio and onchain encoded NFTs are upcoming.

Does this app only support a single display?

Future releases will include multiple display support, playlists and many other exciting features.
